1-Click YouTube Video Download is a free Firefox extension which downloads any YouTube video in a click.

You can save videos directly in FLV or MP4 format plus there's an "HQ-mode" which allows you to download videos in HD format. You have to look carefully to see the download links but you'll find them next to the Embed code in YouTube where you see the formats available to download highlighted as blue hyperlinks i.e. FLV, MP4, 3GP and HD. Downloading is simple, quick and easy although unfortunately, there are no options for customizing beyond that.
